Reviewed Triple-Chocolate Cookie Balls

"These are fantastic! Made them for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them. Most comments were that they tasted like See's candies or truffles. The reason they're not 5 star is the recipe says to whisk in 1/2 cup milk into the dry pudding. It is almost impossible to do and then add the cookie crumbs. It was like mixing cement. Reviewed The Puffy

"I've been looking for a chocolate chip recipe that doesn't flatten out after baking. This is it. This is not a chewy cookie but it is a nice crisp chocolate chip.""

Reviewed Momma Neely's Pot Roast

"I made this last night, following the recipe exactly as written. I was diappointed in the flavor. My husband thought it was good, but I think adding more veggies in the pot would have helped. The meat was so bland that we can use it to make burritos another night.""

Reviewed Simple Tomato Sauce

"I've made this tomato sauce twice and followed the directions exactly as written. It is wonderful. The first time I used it for chicken parmesan and it was delicious. As usual, Giada has provided a easy and delicious recipe. It is my go to recipe for tomato sauce. ""

Reviewed Pecan-Crusted Pork Tenderloin Crostini with Strawberry Balsamic Sauce

"I made this last night and it was delicious. I followed the receipe exactly for both the pork and strawberry sauce and served it as the main course with garlic mashed potatoes rather than make Crostinis. The crust on the tenderloin was excellent with just a slight zing from the ground red pepper. Drizzling the warm sauce over the sliced pork really set it off. Saved the leftover pork and sauce for crostinis tomorrow night. As usual Paula scores on this."

Reviewed Raffy's Strawberries in Vinegar

"My entire dinner was from Giada. Parmessan crusted pork chops, risottos with mushrooms and peas, and Raffy's strawberries in vinegar. Wonderful! The strawberries were so light and refreshing. I used RediWhip instead of making my whip cream, but it was still very good. As always, Giada and Raffy have great recipes."
