I'm a retired Finance professional who enjoys travel, scuba diving, both simple and elegant cooking, and chilled citron vodka with two lime wedges. I live on the East Coast, but was born and raised in the Culinary Crescent City of New Orleans, and attended college in the Crawfish Heartland of Lafayette.
