This was wonderful! I made this last night. I too watched them make this. So if you didnt then you may have missed the "finely ground" panko. Didnt have the foodprocesser with me so i just used a rolling pin. Also since other reviews said the gravy was thin just added a 2 table spoons of flour to the butter prior to adding the chicken stock. thickend...
