Reviewed Accidental Turkey

"The title was interesting so we thought we would try. The whole process worked right down to the carving. We tested with a thermometer as noted, covered for 30 minutes then carved. Reviewed Grilled Romaine with Blue Cheese-Bacon Vinaigrette

"Recently saw this in the FNM, the photo looked interesting, gave it a try. Excellent and such a great presentation for company. Great recipe Guy!"

Reviewed Greek Panzanella

"YUM, this recipe was so easy to make and the taste was delicious. I was making for Christmas and wanted to spend time with my guests so I did the chopping the day before and put in zip lock bags, made the dressing the morning of and put in a container, and made my bread cubes the same morning. It was very easy to assemble and let rest and the comments at the dinner table said it all. Will surely make this again. Thanks Ina.

Reviewed BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

"This recipe gets only one star for the following reasons: The prep time should have included the time to make the bbq sauce, there was no need to make the full recipe of seasoning to make this one meatloaf as the recipe could have included a tsp. of this and that to accommodate. Plus it took 2 hours to cook and was very mushy. The sauce was a bit sweet for our liking as well but we could have overcome if we could get past it being so mushy.

Reviewed Roasted Turkey Roulade

"After seeing Ina make this last week, I purchased all ingredients to make the next day. The turkey was not as pretty as Ina's, pretty messy to try to roll and tie. The stuffing was absolutely delicious. I will make the stuffing for company as a side dish to other menu items. YUM
