Reviewed The Ultimate Beef Wellington

Dec 9, 2013 on

This beef wellington was delicious. I made the whole meat/mushroom/prociutto recipe - did not make the sauce/potatoes/etc. The beef recipe was very easy step by step to follow, came out looking beautiful, and was just delicious. Definately a keeper and I have already passed it along to another.

This is deicious! Pasta is not something we usually eat (it is a rare thing for us to do). Had 8 people for dinner, decided on this dish. Raves all around! I did the chopping, etc. prep work in advance and had it ready. Simple instructions and simply delicious. Served with roasted asperagus and chopped salad. No need for bread. YUM.

"A recipe for Blue Cheese Souffles from the March 2013 issue of Food Network Magazine calls for 8-oz ramekins. I was only able to locate 4-oz ramekins and want to know if I can still make this recipe and if so, do I alter the cooking time or change anything to use the 4-0z ramekins. Thanks"

The title was interesting so we thought we would try. The whole process worked right down to the carving. We tested with a thermometer as noted, covered for 30 minutes then carved. The inside thigh area was still very red. We decided that it needed about 15 more minutes of cook time. I am not sure if it is because we used a frozen and thawed t"

Recently saw this in the FNM, the photo looked interesting, gave it a try. Excellent and such a great presentation for company. My only comment on the recipe directions is to get rid of the oil you cook the bacon and onions in BEFORE adding the other oil and balsamic to the pan. Not in the directions but needs to be done. Great recipe Guy!"

YUM, this recipe was so easy to make and the taste was delicious. I was making for Christmas and wanted to spend time with my guests so I did the chopping the day before and put in zip lock bags, made the dressing the morning of and put in a container, and made my bread cubes the same morning. It was very easy to assemble and let rest and the comments...

Reviewed BBQ Turkey Meatloaf

Dec 30, 2010 in Food Network Community Toolbox on

This recipe gets only one star for the following reasons: The prep time should have included the time to make the bbq sauce, there was no need to make the full recipe of seasoning to make this one meatloaf as the recipe could have included a tsp. of this and that to accommodate. Plus it took 2 hours to cook and was very mushy. The sauce was a bit...

After seeing Ina make this last week, I purchased all ingredients to make the next day. The turkey was not as pretty as Ina's, pretty messy to try to roll and tie. The stuffing was absolutely delicious. I will make the stuffing for company as a side dish to other menu items. YUM
