This beef wellington was delicious. I made the whole meat/mushroom/prociutto recipe - did not make the sauce/potatoes/etc. The beef recipe was very easy step by step to follow, came out looking beautiful, and was just delicious. Definately a keeper and I have already passed it along to another.

This is deicious! Pasta is not something we usually eat (it is a rare thing for us to do). Had 8 people for dinner, decided on this dish. Raves all around! I did the chopping, etc. prep work in advance and had it ready. Simple instructions and simply delicious. Served with roasted asperagus and chopped salad. No need for bread. YUM.

Recently saw this in the FNM, the photo looked interesting, gave it a try. Excellent and such a great presentation for company. My only comment on the recipe directions is to get rid of the oil you cook the bacon and onions in BEFORE adding the other oil and balsamic to the pan. Not in the directions but needs to be done. After seeing Ina make this last week, I purchased all ingredients to make the next day. The turkey was not as pretty as Ina's, pretty messy to try to roll and tie. The stuffing was absolutely delicious. I will make the stuffing for company as a side dish to other menu items. YUM
