Reviewed sauteed zucchini with garlic and herbs

This dish was tasty and easy to prepare. I used 3 yellow squash and 3 zucchini. I did not use the sauce mix I used what dry herbs I had in the pantry and instead of stock I used balsamic vinegar. At my Sunday dinner this was the first vegetable to go which surprised me.

Awesome! I have been cooking recipes from this site since 2009 and don't recall ever preparing Emeril's (bad choice). This year I have made 3 and all have been outstanding. I did add some cayenne pepper and some sesame seeds. O and I had shredded beef cooked faster.

Awesome! This is a keeper the flavors were on time. I did not use 30 garlic cloves, but 10 instead most of them were large I also sliced some red, orange and yellow peppers and cooked with the onions. Then added a little lime juice with the lemon juice and used 2 bay leaves. I seasoned the flour with some of everything in pantry.

This recipe had a lot of flavor. I doubled the ingredients and had to cook the chicken alone in the juice of cabbage to get completely done. Easy to prepare very flavorful, but my salmon was over cooked for me and I cooked it 5 minutes less. Each piece weighted 5-8 oz. I will cook again next time I will cook for 15 minutes. Maybe I just have a hot oven.

This was good and easy. I gave it a 4 because it could have been that at least had I made adjustment to my cut of meat.
