"This is the best beef stew I've ever made, or eaten. Most stew has a lot of who tomatoes, and big chunks of "whatever." This recipe is fabulous and my guests agree!
About Me
I compiled my first cookbook when I was 8 (that would be 61 years ago) and I've been cooking ever since. I love to cook as well as eat and entertain. I live in a small town in Northeast Texas. We don't have many places to "eat out" so we entertain at home a lot. I work 3 days a week as the director of our local museum.
