Love this! I've made it several times. The first time I did it on hoagie rolls, it was kind of soggy, but we LOVED the flavor. This time I did it, I served it over penne pasta with some parmesan. MUCH better this way. I will probably try it again and alter it some to serve on rolls, but the pasta version is delightful!

I could probably give these 5-stars. They're simple, tasty and fingerlings are so buttery and smooth, they don't need much more.
