“This was my first attempt at short ribs ever and I rocked it!!
I pureed an apple with the garlic(prevents the apple from oxidizing.
I marinated the ribs overnight and throughout the day (approx. 18 hours.
I chose to omit the chili flakes, on account of my kids being too young to appreciate a bit of heat.
