Reviewed Baked Macaroni and Cheese
"this recipe really got me thinking about macaroni and cheese. All of the older folks in the family remembered eating it baked, not too many of us younguns; we grew up on the "box". I have resurrected this for the family; what a great gift for us. Thank you, Alton Brown, my Food Guru Extroidanaire. The really hard part was adapting it for gluten-free, but it works.
