Delish!! I was only making 2 fillets so I quartered the recipe. I am eating light so I only used 1 tbls of the olive oil for the 1/4 recipe. It was so flavorful and so moist using the parchment. I have been using parchment for tilapia for a while and needed a good recipe. I just found my go to!"

Served this at a dinner party and everyone LOVED it. The creme fraishe was wonderful in it and the cauliflower was amazing.
