I will give this recipe 3 stars because I think it has "modification potential." I really didn't like this one much, but I still like the concept. I "spiced up" the left-overs, and liked it much better.

This recipe just played to rave reviews in my house. I'm "hard to please" when it comes to Mexican/Southwestern recipes, but I really liked this one. I followed the recipe to a tee (although I accidentally dropped a couple of bay leaves in) and served it with pintos, Mexican rice, and lettuce/salsa salad.

Next time, I think...

I saw this recipe today on Bobby's show. It was my first time watching it. I was so fascinated with the concept of this recipe, I had to try it.

In spite of my skepticism, the wings came out perfectly and tasted great....not quite a traditional buffalo wing, but really tasty. The flavor was reminiscent of some of the Honey Barbecue...

Totally addictive, and totally filling. This was the first of her recipes I have tried, and it was really good. I will definitely make this again. Don't worry about having a lot of side dishes for this...you won't need them. This will be one of my Mexican "go to" vegetarian dishes in the future."

Great Green Chile Salsa, and great burgers. After making these, I had left over salsa....so the next night it was Chile Cheese Dogs topped with Cheddar. It may have been one of the best hot dogs I've ever made, and believe me....I've made a few!""

Good stuff! I'm already trying to figure out how to use this for the base of a Mexican casserole. Next time I make it, I may leave the cheese out, because I think this would be a pretty good classic Spanish/Mexican rice even without the cheese.

Although I love Paula, I was very skeptical about a Mexican recipe from her. This...

This is the last Brunswick Stew recipe you'll ever need! This is real NC Brunswick Stew!

Make it just like it says, or reduce the amount of chicken and substitute some good SMOKED pork if you have it.

The last time I made it, I used a rotisserie chicken breast from the local food store deli, and substituted chicken...

For the Win! I just made this sauce exactly as the recipe is written, and made a pizza with a prepared crust. The toppings were simply a few fresh basil leaves with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. The taste was right out of a fine Italian restaurant. Can't wait to try this with a scratch made crust! Be forewarned, cover the sauce with a lid w"
