"Simple, easy and delicious. Good meal for a weeknight. I used bacon because I had some I needed to cook from a previous recipe, and I tend to prefer bacon to pancetta anyway. Yummy."

"Easy, delicious and fast. Would be good with chicken, etc. but I always try to stick to a recipe as closely as possible the first time and then tweak it next time. I did use bacon instead of pancetta because that is what I already had. Will make it again."

"After reading the reviews I added Craisins instead of raisins because that is what I had on hand. I was a little skeptical of the sauce because of the sugar, etc. but it was quite good. I thought the meat filling was a bit bland so will try some other seasonings in it next time. My rice did cook in the oven. Over all, I would make this again."
