Reviewed Super Apple Pie
"This was my first scratch pie, it turned out fabulously. I did make a few modifications: I used Paula Deen's pie crust recipe. I added an egg wash and a cinnamon/sugar mixture during the last 15 minutes. I also did not use grains of paradise, but 1/4 teaspoon of both cinnamon and nutmeg. The Tart Pan worked great and I really loved the end result.""
