Reviewed Uncle Bob's Fresh Apple Cake
"I just made this wonderful cake for my Mother's 78th birthday. It turned out wonderful!! I did add the juice of 1 small lemon to cover my apples so that they did not turn brown while I was making the rest of my batter. I also added a pinch of cloves and 1/4 tsp. of nutmeg to the apple mixture, because I love those spices with apples and cinnamon. "
