Since I retired I have become interested in cooking different ethnic styles. Currently learning Thai as I love spicy foods. Collecting ingredients is challenging but I can grow a lot of my own.
Favorite Foods
I love to cook anything Mexican or Thai, and for a change I get out my smoker and do a traditional BBQ. Best known for my barbecue sauce and ribs. My favorite restaurant ???? I usually prefer my own.
