I am an avid fan of the food network. Paula,Rachael,Tyler, Bobby,Sandra Lee,Giarda,Guy,Ann Burrell and Robert Irvine are my favorites. I think that is the entire celebrity list. Emeril is the one that got me hooked with his Sunday dinner pork roast and bacon mashed potatos. I have been cooking ever since. "PORK FAT RULES"
Favorite Foods
I enjoy cooking Italian cuisine as much as I enjoy eating it. When the kitchen is full of the aromas of fresh basil,garlic or a gravy simmering on the stove, it truly is heaven. I have begun to dabble in Indian and Thai cuisine.
