"This recipe is really easy to make and delicious. I used Lost Coast beer. I'm not a beer drinker (I actually don't like beer at all) but didn't even taste a hint of it. It was a great emulsifier as well ( used 1/2 cup). I would recommend eating it with a less salty dipper such as veggies or non-salted tortilla chips. We used regular ruffles and it"
