I didn't have pear nectar or white balsamic vinegar so I substituted with pear juice and regular balsamic vinegar and it still turned out good. I think it could have been a little bit stronger but I think I'll just have to adjust it next time. I also added extra crumbled Gorgonzola on top of the salad for extra flavor. Can't wait to try it a"
