Oh my gosh my husband and I just finished this dish and it was so good. We don't own a smoker so I took frozen corn and ran under cold water to thaw. Drained on paper towels and put in 350 oven on cookie sheet with a little bit of liquid smoke and baked for about 10 minutes. Then continued with recipe.
