Delicious! I doubled the streusel and icing and baked it in a bundt pan-- so I put streusel in first, then batter then streusel then batter. It makes a wonderful presentation. I also added almond extract to the icing and used water instead of maple syrup for the icing. Have made it several times, playing with the icing flavors.

Reviewed Almost-Famous Broccoli-Cheddar Soup

I really liked this soup. I doubled the recipe and used 2 cups regular half and half and 2 cups of fat free half and half and used only 6 cups of broccoli.
