One of the best desserts I have made. I didn't roll the edges (should have read the reviews before making it!) so the edges were a bit burned. I also used a little less sugar (as I always do for Ina's recipes) and it was a perfect balance of sweet and tart. I used Trader Joe's organic apricot preserve and didn't have to strain it.
