My Activity

Reviewed Captain Tom's Pineapple Cole Slaw

"the Vinegar was too much for my husband. I used apple cider vinegar and I used just under 1/4 a cup and it was still too much. I will use 2 tablespoons to start out with the next time. I will also drain the can of crushed pineapple. I added sugar to balance out the tangy vinegar flavor it helped.

I will certainly try this recipe again!! "

Reviewed Neely's Jumbo Coconut Shrimp

"I never make a dish on here without reading the reviews, I stumbled across this receipe while reading the reviews of Rachel Rays Coconut Shrimp. The review said to skip Rachel's recipe for the Neely's & I'm sooooo happy I did!!

My hubby and son loved the dish so much that he took a few shrimp next door to our neighbor!!

I added Old Bay seasoning and coconut milk to the eggwash and I a made rice with 1 cup of water & 1 cup of coconut milk and the zest of half a lime.

My hubby wants this again next week!!

This dish is simple and delicious
