"really good! i made this recipe for my papa at Thanksgiving due to the fact that he doesn't like greenbeans (at all.) Everyone loved them! I cooked the honey, butter and lemon juice on medium at the last 3-4 min of the carrots boiling to make the glaze a bit thicker. this recipe makes really fresh tasting carrots that won't give you cavities. T""
