Wonderful brine recipe! Honestly the best turkey I have ever made. It was so moist and flavorful I couldn't believe it. The recipe might be a little intimidating when you first look at it but it was actually simple to make. I will always brine my turkeys from now on, I am a true believer once all the compliments kept rolling in.

My first time making risotto and it turned out fabulous. Followed the recipe and it was perfectly delicious I added a touch of fresh lemon juice at the end. It makes a lot, I should have cut the recipe in half for just the two of us so I froze the rest. I loved the peas and might try it with asparagus next time. Another great recipe from Giada"

I made this for dinner and absolutely loved it. The stuffing was amazing and I used that recipe for a dip.
