Reviewed Chicken Spaghetti
"Just made this for dinner tonight and though it was a little bland. I added more cheese and seasonings plus a can of diced tomatoes and some fresh corn I had in the frig. I also used a very flavorful rotisserie chicken from our local market instead of boiling one in unseasoned water...(can't say that sounds to appetizing) and used chicken stock "
Reviewed Mushroom Risotto with Peas
"My first time making risotto and it turned out fabulous. Followed the recipe and it was perfectly delicious I added a touch of fresh lemon juice at the end. It makes a lot, I should have cut the recipe in half for just the two of us so I froze the rest. I loved the peas and might try it with asparagus next time. Another great recipe from Giada"

Reviewed Crispy Chicken Breasts Stuffed with Mushrooms and Goat Cheese
"I made this for dinner and absolutely loved it. The stuffing was amazing and I used that recipe for a dip. I simmered all the livers (1 pound) in the mushroom mixture till cooked and put it all in a blender, stirred in the goat cheese and put in a 350 oven for about 10-15 minutes. It made the best spread for crackers or toasted bread. Anne you""
