Reviewed chicken with shallots

I made this last night for dinner . I doubled the gravy recipe except for the lemon amount and it was still way too much lemon. The chicken came out perfect best I ever made and so simple in a cast iron skillet. To kick up the flavor of the sauce ,when I took the chicken out of the skillet I added the sauce to the pan drippings which cut down on...

Wonderful brine recipe! Honestly the best turkey I have ever made. It was so moist and flavorful I couldn't believe it. The recipe might be a little intimidating when you first look at it but it was actually simple to make. I will always brine my turkeys from now on, I am a true believer once all the compliments kept rolling in.

I made this for dinner last night and everyone raved about it. The andouille sausage was without a doubt the best sausage to use in it. Took others advise and only used 2 1/2 cups rice and 5 cups of chicken stock. I also used a can of diced tomatoes with the juice and the rice came out perfectly. Just enough spice for everyone and served with "

Just made this for dinner tonight and though it was a little bland. I added more cheese and seasonings plus a can of diced tomatoes and some fresh corn I had in the frig. I also used a very flavorful rotisserie chicken from our local market instead of boiling one in unseasoned water...(can't say that sounds to appetizing) and used chicken stock "

My first time making risotto and it turned out fabulous. Followed the recipe and it was perfectly delicious I added a touch of fresh lemon juice at the end. It makes a lot, I should have cut the recipe in half for just the two of us so I froze the rest. I loved the peas and might try it with asparagus next time. Another great recipe from Giada"

I made this for dinner and absolutely loved it. The stuffing was amazing and I used that recipe for a dip. I simmered all the livers (1 pound) in the mushroom mixture till cooked and put it all in a blender, stirred in the goat cheese and put in a 350 oven for about 10-15 minutes. It made the best spread for crackers or toasted bread. Anne yo...
