Next time follow the recipe and brown the meat before going into the oven. No more gray meat.

Very nice. I haven't had homemade (not the TV frozen stuff) salisbury steak since the 70s. I needed to use up thawed hamburger, and I had mushrooms one step from penicillin! So...I had a wonderful mushroom onion gravy that made everyone very happy. Thanks.
