"Paula you did it again! I loved this version of banana pudding! It taste great and it was a pretty dish to bring to work. My husband thought it was too sweet but I personally do not think there is such a thing as too sweet! About Me
This stay at home mom has had all her little birdies fly away from home, so i am now working full time and I needed a hobby to fill the other empty hours. My husband and I love to eat out alot and have become very picky about where we eat. Our grown children tell us that we are like local food critics. We really enjoy trying new restaurants but i started watching the Food Channel and getting on the Food Network everyweekend and am finding that cooking can be a fun past time. It is so exciting to turn on my computer to look for a basic receipt and then find that there are so many versions of that one dish. I find it to be a fun and creative outlet that is bringing alot of joy into my life. What's also great is that i can also share the result of my hobbie with others. Thank you Food Net Work for bringing so much pleasure into my life and filling that void.
Favorite Foods
We live about 30 to 40 minutes outside of New Orleans and there are so many great places to eat but at the moment we have a couple of local restaurnats that we really enjoy. Bone Fish Grill and Zea.We love the Bacon Wrapped Scallops at Bone Fish Grill and the Bang Bang Shrimp! At Zea there are just so many good things to eat I am not sure what i like the most but it may be the side dish "Corn Roasted Grits," YUM! I am a true southern gal and love love love my grits and these are some of the best!
