Reviewed Roasted Asparagus with Hollandaise

"Bottom line: if you are looking for a REAL, TRADITIONAL HOLLANDAISE sauce then this is NOT it. Hollandaise isn't the simplest of tasks...the more you do it the easier it will get. Taking these kinds of short cuts will get you undesirable results. Stick with a traditional recipe using CLARIFIED BUTTER instead of melted down butter.
