2nd review - made it exactly as called for but added some green peas and a good dash of cayenne and some feta cheese. I thought it turned out good, not great, but got a lot of compliments on it. That smoked chicken in it the first time really pushed it beyond the limits though!!!!"

I am a wing SNOB!!! And was not looking forward to trying oven baked wings - but my wife had the craving... I marinated this one overnight an it was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!!! Just perfect! The absolute best wings I've ever had.... moist, tasty and just a little crisp. I think the OJ and vinegar penetrated the meat to make it just amazingly juicy!!!...
