"I have only made the meatballs and they were great. Its a nice variation from "Mom's" recipe. Don't worry if you don't care for veal and/or don't have pork on hand. These are tender and flavorful made with only ground beef. The sauteed garlic is key. Make sure you take the time to do that. "
Reviewed Sausage, Peppers and Onions
"Great recipe!! I was never a huge fan of tomatos (sauce) with my sausage, peppers, and onions but this recipe is absolutely delicious! The wine adds a nice touch ( I added a bit less and compensated with a little chicken stock) and I used sweet pork sausage. This recipe will not disappoint! "
