Fantastic! Really, really delicious. Being from Southern California I've eaten lots of yummy carne asada and it's been disappointing that most of the recipes online that I've found include soy sauce or other distinctly none Mexican ingredients. These were seriously amazing, we could not get enough. I made everything exactly as the recipe said, plus...

Holy moly, this is ridiculously delicious. I had a 6lber and it's not quite done, still in the oven, but I've been picking off little pieces and it's so succulent. Crispy on the outside and succulent and juicy on the inside. We'll be having pulled pork tostadas for dinner tonight and pulled pork sandwiches for dinner tomorrow. YUM

I used all beet greens and this recipe turned out delicious. Super yummy and mild. I might add a little bit of cider vinegar or lemon juice. "

This was delicious. I made this for my husband last year and used golden plums from the farmer's market. He still talks about how great it was. As is typical for Ina's recipes, we loved it. "
