Reviewed Beer and Bacon Mancakes
"Great idea but a not such a great outcome. I did the bacon on the stove top and it turned out fantastic. I will be making it candied like that many more times but when added to the pancake all the wonderful bacon flavor and texture was lost. Normally I like Bisquick but the beer I used (Mirror Pond pale ale) was not a good match. "
