The brine created a great pork chop, very tender and moist with a hint of smoke flavor (I used liquid smoke like some others did, since smoked salt is hard to find). I'll keep the brine recipe! The glaze, on the other hand, was bitter. I don't think zested too deeply on the orange rind, next time I'll try leaving the zest out and add sweet orange...
