" I cut the recipie in half and used used red potatos becuase yukon gold only come in a 5-lb sack and I'm making for us 2 old folks. Taragon vinegar and all fresh herbs, I did put it in the fridge for an hour before serving. A touch vinegary, which we love. The Tarragon taste is amazing.
