Reviewed Chewy Toffee Bars

"These are wonderful. They taste almost like a chewy peacn pie in a bar form. My adult son is my worst critic and he loved these as did my husband. I will definately make these again. They are very rich so keep that in mind when cutting a piece. I was not expecting them to be that rich but then again if I had been thinking with all the sugar an"

Reviewed Big Chocolate Birthday Cake

"You will love this cake. This is the exact same recipe my Mom has used for years and I make it too. Reviewed Roasted Cauliflower with Parmesan and Pancetta

"This is so good and easy to make. I made this for Christmas and it went over BIG. Some said it needed a touch more salt but I found it perfect. My husband LOVED it and he isn't one to like cooked califlower unless it is tender crisp and covered in cheese. Definately try this recipe.""

Reviewed Honey-Rum Pinto Beans with Burnt Ends

"I made these today and they are so good. I didn't put the burnt ends in and I used Famous Dave's Texas Pit BBQ sauce. This gave the beans a little spicey kick and they were wonderful. My 81 year old Dad and 75 year old Mom loved them so much they took the left overs home with them. LOL!! Try the brisket recipe too you won't be sorry. "

Reviewed Biscuits with Milk Gravy

"This is the first recipe of Paula's that I found worth keeping. My husband hates buscuits because they are dry and crumbly. I tried these busuits and he went nuts. I am so thrilled he likes them because I love biscuits and didn't make them very often. These are so flavorful and moist and not crumbly. I haven't tried the gravy yet but I will. "
