"This was just ok. I think it would be better without the bacon. It was pretty salty and I used a honey mustard instead. The pastry was wet in some parts. I loved the apples and the meat was pretty tender. It was very easy to make and I will definitely try it again with no bacon, more apples, (possibly fresh), and a pie crust instead of puff pas""
"Really Easy and really good missing some lime flavors. It took a little more time to make the mole and I'm not good at cooking fish so I couldn't get it golden brown. Over all it tasted good. I think it needed a little lime flavor so I added some fresh cilantro, but I wish I had a fresh lime to squeeze over each one. Love the cheese and the anise ""
