My Activity

Reviewed Sunny's Tuna Noodle Casserole

"This was a good recipe, but most kids don't like horseradish, so I omitted that. I only had 1 cup of panko and 1 cup of regular bread crumbs, so I went with that and that was plenty! The topping was amazing. The olive oil adds that special something. As far as cheese, I used all sharp cheddar. I love this recipe for it's ease and that everything "

Reviewed Chocolate Cupcakes and Peanut Butter Icing

"Love love love them!!! You can't really taste the coffee, but it just heightens the chocolate flavor. These cupcakes are not those light little things that you make from a box. They offer a decadent flavor in every bite. And the frosting with the peanuts is so complimentary. This is the first dessert that my daughter every made and it's become her"

Reviewed Fully Loaded Baked Potato Soup

"I'm giving this only four stars because I tweaked it a little. I sauteed some scallions and minced garlic in the bacon drippings, decreased the flour to 1/4 cup and added an extra cup of milk. I also took the potatoes out of the oven before they were completely done, so they would hold their shape. I didn't mash them as Guy did and I waited to add"

Reviewed Gina's Spinach Dip

"Awesome!! I did leave out the tomatoes, thought, because the fam isn't big on them. Still delicious!! I've tried other recipes that used cream cheese, but they were too thick and bland in flavor. The onion and garlic give it a wonderful flavor and the heavy cream makes it nice and creamy. This is the keeper!!

Reviewed Chicago Italian Beef Sandwich

"So full of flavor!!! And very easy to alter. I used whatever beef is on sale, top round, bottom round, chuck roast, rump roast, etc. You can also adjust the heat. I use only about half of the cayenne pepper and chili flakes and it is still loaded with flavor. Everyone loves it! For parties, I use the little hawaiian rolls to make little sandwiches"

Reviewed Chicken Stew with Biscuits

"A little time-consuming, but sooooo worth it!! I was afraid to bake the biscuits on top of the stew, but, they baked just fine, except for the fact, that it was a humid day, and as Ina always says, when making breads, everything needs to stay as cold as possible and you have work quickly to get them into the oven. My biscuits didn't rise very well"

Reviewed Flour's Famous Banana Bread

"Wonderful! Very moist and full of banana flavor and no butter!! I made the Neely's honey butter to pair with. Delish!!"
