I love this recipe, I make it all the time, every other week. Its not as hard as people think it is. Yes it is time consuming, but fun to make especially when it rises in the end. I made the roux with heavy whipping cream instead of milk and it still came out great. I think vanilla bean souffle would work better with vanilla sauce but I know thats"
