Happy Earth Day! In honor of it I made this green soup It was delicious! I added 2 cloves of garlic as was suggested by another reviewer. Did not buy the frozen artichokes- too much $$$. Instead I bought a 14 oz can of em and just drained em- didn't need to chop em up. Healthy and good soup- would make it again."

I made it and I liked it. Here is what I tweeked. I did blanche endive for 3-4 min. in water with lil sugar and some fresh squeezed lemon. Then I trimmed the end.
