Yes, I bought a butterball already brined turkey last year and still brined it. It came out beautiful ( I didn't want to cut into it lol) and very juicy.

My husband and son both felt this recipe was as good as anything you would get at a restaurant. I did double the garlic and did half and half scallops and shrimp. Served with brocollini and basmati rice.

Great recipe although I did make a few small changes. I added about 1/4 tsp thyme leaves and more chicken broth. Cut back a little on the pasta. I also put a cover on the pot when the beans when in. No need to dirty another pot as some others said to pre steam. I felt timing was off so just watch your veggies. Took a little longer than recipe suggested....

Quick and easy side dish! My husband came in the door and said whatever you are cooking smells fantastic and it was. I followed the recipe exactly. Usually I adjust recipes but I was in a hurry and not really feeling in the mood to put much thought into it and I didn't want just plain old Cauliflower. This recipe did the trick!!"

I made an 18lb roast. I had my butcher cut the bone off of it and tie it back on for flavorful cooking but easy slicing. I also asked for extra fat for the cap, tied it on over the onions and spices and cooked it for 2hrs 40min and it came out PERFECT. Each and every slice was medium rare. The favor was marvelous and butter knife tender. My guest"
