Delicious!!! I made this for a small dinner party and it was a big hit. One person even said that it was better than what they've had out in restaurants. Making it again tonight for my newlywed husband!

Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... I added Asiago cheese, becuase I just love cheese and all things cheesy. It was very, very tasty!!! Paired this with Emeril's rosemary parm crusted lamb chops for a super special dinner!

I've made this time and time again. It disappears just as quickly as I put it down. I'm always asked to bring this apple pie to any event. Note* I did not use as many apples, I brought the recipe down to a managable amount of apples.... and kept the caramal topping on the side for those that may not want.
