"I have always made Pizzelles during the holiday season. I got my recipe from my uncle Tony in Italy and it is a bit different then Mario Batalli's. He uses Anise Extract.
I enjoy trying something new and made Mario's.. they were delicious.. Thank you I will make Pizzelles my way and yours from now on.

I come from a very long line of Chefs and have always enjoyed cooking. I started my own Catering Business in 2009.. Personal Style Catering..by Janette,, Am doing very well, but of course would like to do more. I love Food Network, not only for the great chefs but for their compassion to cooking. I also Love to cook it is not a chore, it is not boring to me it is what centers me.
