Reviewed orzo with artichoke pesto and grilled corn

Jun 18, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This recipe was yummy! I cut it in half and it still made enough 4 people as side dishes. We served it with chicken, and loved it. I used jarred artichokes, because frozen weren't available. The parmesan cheese gave it a great flavor.

It is better, if you spray them with a little Pam olive oil spray, and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and oregano. They will be delicious !

Reviewed Chicken Tortilla Soup

I usually like Ree's recipes, but NOT this one. This soup was too thin, and lacked flavor. (I even added extra seasoning and salt, and it didn't help) I have had much better chicken tortilla soup before. I would not make this again.

These were tasty. I liked them better with little slices of melted mozzarella over them, rather than shredded. I used the Hawaiin Rolls, which normally I love but they got too soggy with this recipe. Next time I'll use a more substantial slider roll. "

FANTASTIC ! This first time i made this is was delicious, so much so, that we decided to use this same sauce to make lasagna. It was the best lasagna I've ever made and it reminded me and my husband of the lasagna we had in Italy. I would make Penne alla Betsy again and again! And don't leave the cream out. :- "

These were good and I've made them twice. The cupcakes turn out more dense, rather than light and fluffy, but that is ok by me. The frosting is delicious, but you need to cut it half for 12 cupcakes. "

My husband and I both liked this dish and would make it again. The catfish was cooked perfectly after 20 minutes and by baking it on 300 low and slow, it keeps the sauce from breaking. Next time I make it, I would cut the sauce in half and add a little more salt and pepper at the end, but it paired well with rice and sauteed spinach. "

I made this yesterday and took it to a Christmas party. Everyone loved it. It was very easy to make. After reading one reviewer say it was bland, I added diced jalapenos, red pepper, paprika and salt to mine and it was very flavorful. I would make it again. "

The meatballs were very good. I used panko breadcrumbs instead of bread and they came out just fine. I added extra Italian seasonings to the sauce because it was a little too bland. The longer the sauce simmers, the better. But, we enjoyed it and would make it again. "

This recipe was easy and yummy. It has the texture similar to a brownie...soft and chewy and would go great with coffee. The almond flavor is deliciuos. I baked mine in a cast iron skillet and it only took 30 min. Me and my brother loved it but my husband thought it was too sweet. "

This recipe was delicious! The seasonings were perfect. I used chicken breasts which were good but next time I will use thighs. And by the way, I think the name of the recipe is cute and so are the Neely's...I love the way they banter back and forth and joke around. Keep up the good work!
