"I don't like turkey so I used chicken. The chicken mix was very moist so I dropped spoonfuls on to the pan and flattened them with a spatula. They came out delicious!
The meat is tasty , the feta and cucumber mix adds a delicious cool taste. Be sure to use the spicy hummus on the pita because it does add a "kick" to the flavor.
