"Hands down the perfect fried chicken....finally. I have tried all recipes and this is the best. Simple and easy. The key is basic salt, pepper, garlic powder and to boot; the cake flour makes the best crust. My entire family enjoyed this and this will be my staple, go to fried chicken....thanks Paula."
