"This was delicious! The chicken was so tender and the potatoes were perfectly cooked. We did a couple of changes and we shrank the ingredients down for two people: Used a cast iron skillet, used half a bag of honey gold potatoes (small guys, no need to cut them), and the chicken had to be cooked for 20+ minutes to be fully cooked. Very easy too!""
