Reviewed Grilled Flank Steak with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

This was great! I did make some changes to the cheese sauce, it was a bit too strong for us, so I added brown sugar and had put paprika in to begin with and it ended up perfect! Served it with a mild garlic rice and asparagus w/ the bbq rub butter. We also marinade the meat and added a bit of cooked marinade into the cheese to bring it all together....
