Love cooking when I'm not pressed. Fresh ingredients are so important. We entertain on a regular basis with several "major" parties a year (how can you live in Louisville KY and NOT have a Derby party???). I love French cooking after falling in love with Paris all ovr again after a 36 year absence. Looking forward to lots of hints and ideas!
