Although the prep time is a little more involved than I'd prefer the taste is worth the preparation. I mix 1/2 Italian sausage and 1/2 ground beef. It's GREAT. There's plenty of stuffing left over. After the pasta is placed in the pan I spread the remaining stuffing on top and add cheese and stewed tomatoes. SO DELICIOUS!!!!!""
