Reviewed Chocolate Covered Potato Eggs
"I tried this recipe , even though it didn't have great reviews and found it to be very good. lk5923 was right. Prepare 2 cups of mashed potatoes, cool completely, then add and mix in 1 stick of butter (I used light margarine) at room temp., and the vanilla. Make sure the potatoes are dry. The mixture was too dry, so I added another approx. 1/4""
