“just made this cake, it tastes great, light and moist..
I baked the cake with a Bundt cake pan instead of normal loaf pan.. bake it for 45 mins.. (turn the oven temp. down a bit for the last 15 mins. I always check the doneness of cake by inserting a skewer.. it cooked right through without soggy and dense..
