Reviewed Deep-Dish Ham Quiche with Herb and Asparagus Salad

"I made this last night to clean out some things out of my fridge, so I made the quiche but not the salad.

I used frozen pie crust instead of the pastry. To make the crust large enough to fit in the springform pan, I placed two pie crusts over each other and then rolled them out together to size. This worked perfectly.

Reviewed Ice Cubes

"I will be forwarding this recipe to my husband's family in England. They tend to be wary of foreign foods, but they tried pizza once so perhaps I can get them to branch out again."

Reviewed Sam's No.3 Kickin' Green Chili

"For all of you out there that are from the Denver area and are now (and probably for years have been suffering from the torture of an authentic green chile-less existence, suffer no more. This is the real deal.

Reviewed Sopa Seca: Mexican Noodle Casserole

"Yum, Yum, Yum. It takes some practice to brown the fideos just right (do not go easy on the olive oil), but other than that, this is one of those dishes you can do "some of this, some of that". Reviewed Ribollita

"I made some changes based on what I had on hand and it was excellent!!!! I used canned GWNbeans. I subbed hot Italian sausage for pancetta. I have had bad luck with bread in soups before so I left it out. Also, I don't like celery so I left that out, and subbed frozen spinach for kale. It was outstanding and made enough for myself and my very hungry husband and I was still able to put two containers in the freezer. Freezes very well and makes it even better. A word of warning from my hubby, a little Bean-O might be in order for those of a more sensitive GI constitution, if you know what I mean.

Reviewed Roasted Brussels Sprouts

"Yum! I don't know what it is about roasting veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts) that makes them so fantastic, but it does. Great!
